The Manufacturing Department representative is responsible for ensuring the following Project Team functions are performed:

• Review the project scope with the Project Manager to ensure that sufficient manpower is available to perform all functions in the Manufacturing process.



• Review the scheduling of tasks with the Project Manager, Engineering and Purchasing.



• Interface with the Project Manager from the initiation of the design process to ensure adequate time is available to prepare specific work instructions that are required.



• Obtain adequate design output from Engineering needed to manufacture all products.



• Establish, maintain and adhere to the Production Personnel Manloading Schedule.
