The Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) is responsible for ensuring that all project functions related to Quality Assurance are communicated to and performed by the appropriate department member.

These project functions include inspecting project development, completing specific Validation Records, ensuring the latest product drawings, bills of material and work instructions are provided to Production Personnel. Additional functions include generating Engineering Change Requests when the equipment design output requires modification, and communicating any problems related to quality to the Project Manager.
