Based on the design plan, Engineering conducts all design reviews. An initial design review is conducted at the beginning of each project with subsequent reviews scheduled as needed. Participants at each design review includes representatives from the appropriate organizational functions. As required, representatives of the customer or regulatory authority may participate in design reviews. All results of design review meetings are recorded with applicable actions assigned.
