MECO provides quick and cost-effective repairs to all of our Centurbo Compressors. In fact, we can turn around a routine compressor repair within a one (1) week of receipt by MECO.

Of course, in emergency situations, you might need it quicker than that. No problem. With our Compressor Repair/Exchange Service, we can significantly reduce the turn-around time for compressor replacement. This, in turn, greatly reduces unwanted downtime.
Once MECO is notified of the need for an immediate compressor replacement, a MECO stock rebuilt compressor is shipped within 24 hours. The suspect compressor is then returned to MECO within thirty (30) days for evaluation, repair and placement into the MECO rebuilt stock.

All replacement parts are put through a rigorous factory testing process before they're sent to you. Each component is individually balanced, prior to assembly. The entire assembly is then balanced and placed in operation under actual working conditions. Adjustments are made to the compressors to achieve optimum vibration levels.
After optimum levels are met, the compressor is subjected to a final six-hour test, where hourly vibration and operation statistics are documented. A final inspection is then performed by our Quality Assurance personnel.
